The Waywyrd are the community of The Liminal Lounge — those who’ve found their way to this slightly-out-of-time space hosted by Captain Jables and Artimus Prime.
Etymology & Identity
The name is a portmanteau:
- Wayward Wavelengths — those who don’t tune to the standard frequencies; the wanderers, the curious, the ones comfortable existing in the in-between
- Wyrd (Old English) — fate, destiny, the threads of what’s meant to be
A Waywyrd is someone whose wavelength led them to exactly where they were supposed to be. You didn’t get lost. You arrived.

- Community members who appreciate the lore, the Lost & Found box, the Wyrd Board
- Subscribers who receive special recognition through the aged mystical aesthetic of the Corona Borealis stamp

The Nature of Belonging
You didn’t get lost. You arrived.
The Waywyrd aren’t passive viewers — they’re participants in the wyrd things that happen here. They bring community. They shape the lore through the Wyrd Facts and interactive elements. They exist in this perpetual dusk together.
At dusk, always.
